Well, Valentine’s night has been and gone and was a great success. The Champagne bottles are drained and dry. The lobster and côte de bœuf eaten and the chocolates long gone. The roses remain (just) but will be replaced tomorrow with new flowers.
We had a great time and despite all the stress of looking after a very full restaurant of people on a special evening it went very well.
We are now taking reservations for Easter, although your lazy Chef has still not finalised the menu! It will be done this week so watch this space for full details. We are already a quarter booked so please get your reservations in early if you would lke to join us.
Watch also for new items coming onto the menu soon. The côte de bœuf has been a huge success for us and we will be building on that with some other items.
