It’s Awards time again!
As most of you will know, Val has recently undergone surgery for a new hip. The deed was done on 18th January in Perpignan and we are both super impressed by the quality of service and professionalism . She could not have been better looked after.
Val is making an excellent recovery and thank you very much to those of you who have sent Val your best wishes. She appreciated these a lot.
Well, on to the restaurant.
In order to celebrate with our clients. We reopen on the 14th February for a super busy Valentine’s evening with a special menu, some surprises and some lovely guests. We are full on that night so if Val thinks she is going to have an easy lead in to getting back to work then it will not be so on the 14th!
While we have been closed for Val’s recuperation we have been researching and testing some new dishes and will be deciding very soon which we will feature on the menu for the 15th February onwards.
So, watch out for new menus being published on the website soon.
We have also refreshed our wine list (already published on the website) with some very nice new wines and we will be launching our new aperitif list when we reopen.
We have also been discussing a reopening special offer which will be revealed soon. Watch this space for more details.
Like last year, we will make regular, seasonal changes to our menus and often we will have “specials” available. We are also looking at offering Special Event Menus for certain occasions. Again, details of these will be published on our website.
I always have to have a “project” to keep myself out of mischeaf so the key project once the weather is settled is to improve the outside terrace dining area, building on the work done last year.
